Happy 40th birthday

The Association of Christian Writers is 40 years old this year. So we had a party.

With balloons

and cake.

Adrian Plass was our speaker, talking about the need for honesty in writing. He also presented awards to the  winners of our short story competition

and helped one of our founder members (and much-published author), Marion Stroud, cut the cake.

Books were bought and signed

contacts made

friendships formed

and a good time was had by all.
